Of the 90 homes sold in 2023, list price vs selling price was 94%, median selling price per sq.ft. was $648.29 and median days on the market was 95. Median sales price was $1,550,000 and 60% were purchased with cash. In comparison, in the 2022 there were 84 home sales and the median price was $1,552,500, list to sell price was 97%, median selling price per sq.ft. was $663.27, median days on the market was 76 and 37% were cash purchases.
Of the 63 condo/townhomes sold in 2023, list vs sell price was 97%, median selling price per sq.ft. was $571.43 and median days on the market was 97.
