Process included not only great pictures of the property which were incorporated onto his website, but also weekly updates of any internet or realtor activity.
Once an offer on the property was made, Craig was able to use his contacts to help resolve issues found during the house inspection, and since the new owners did not want to keep the house furnishings, he was also able to connect us with a consignment company to remove and sell the household items and furniture. The contacts he recommended were excellent and were very useful to us in closing the sell on this property.
