Any commercial transaction attempted by “long distance” can be an invitation to frustration, disaster or both . When Janice and I decided that it was time to make a real estate purchase in the area while residing overseas we never dreamed how lucky we were to have found Craig. With limited time on infrequent visits, Craig was always prepared to make the most of our availability. He was perceptive and experienced in helping locate properties that either met our needs immediately or, he had creative, practical advice for how to make adjustments.
Once the property selection was behind us, the importance and value of Craig’s “professional team” approach brought the energy and attitude of his assistants into the picture as well. In preparation for closing and, later, even leading to occupancy his assistants supplemented Craig’s overall stewardship in more ways than can be described. They anticipated problems and helped us to address them in a preemptive fashion.
We do not hand out recommendations or accolades lightly. Craig and his team have won our heartfelt appreciation and, high respect for their standards and delivery under fire!!!!!
