Tahoe Chamber’s Connect for Kids Mixer: Non-Profit!
South Lake Brewing Co
5:30pm-8:30pm. Tickets purchased in advance are $15 for chamber members and $20 for non-chamber members. Day of tickets will be $20 for members and $30 for non-members. The mixer will include delicious lite bites by Verde Mexican Rotisserie, raffle prizes, a silent auction and a “Donate & Decorate” bike contest. Local non-profits serving South Shore youth will be in attendance to highlight their organizations. All raffle, silent auction proceeds, and donated bikes will benefit participating non-profits. South Tahoe Earth Day at Bijou Community Park
Bijou Community Park
10:00am-3:00pm. This event is a great way to learn about how to counteract global climate change through recycling and composting, alternative energy, water conservation, sustainability, and reducing our ecological footprint. There will be local live music, a Kid Zone and multiple educational booths and local vendors. Food and local crafts will be available for purchase as well as raffle tickets for the Earth Day raffle!
