I wanted to thank you for your extra effort in the sale of our property. Without you I would never have known its true value or been able to handle all the legal technicalities involved with the TRPA. In fact if someone had told us it was worth a 1/4 the selling price I would have been excited and not known the difference. You made retirement for my Mom much more manageable with her illness.
